WHO YOU ARE:

• Proficient in data engineering flows involving REST APIs, SQL, and other storage arrangements.
• Enthusiastic about discussing your expertise in developing AI/ML tools for business applications – bonus points for experience with physical and cognitive human performance data.
• Adept at data presentation and visualization.
• Open to occasional travel for direct collaboration with strategic customers.
• Self-motivated, with clear and organized communication skills. Bonus points for JIRA experience.

WHO IS YOUR TEAM:

In this role, you will be a member of the Data Science Team, contributing to aggregating, cleaning, and visualizing structured data. Your responsibilities include understanding, implementing, and expanding prediction, classification, and recommendation models using deep learning and large language models. Your time will be divided between strategic RippleWorx initiatives and special customer-specific analytic projects.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Ideally, 3+ years of Python (or R) programming experience.
• Experience or knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs using Express and NodeJS.
• 1+ years of experience in data visualization, with Tableau experience highly valued.
• Preferred 4+ years of experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience analyzing physical, cognitive, and psychological data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to pilot performance and well-being.

• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and providers to integrate human performance data into training programs and operational decision-making.
• Experience continuously evaluating and refining data collection methods, algorithms, and analytical approaches to ensure data-driven insights remain relevant and actionable.
• Experience extracting and analyzing time series data from wearables.
